Do you ship internationally?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to Covid-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your orders. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, we will send you a link to tracking info as soon as your order is packed. If your order has not been shipped and it has been over 10 days, please email info@lexillama.com.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
Our standard domestic shipping is free for all orders over $100! Anything below that is a flat rate of just $10.
How much does international shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate international shipping of $65! Duties and taxes not included. In order to make sure our international orders have the best tracking possible, we only use the best couriers available.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you have any questions, please email us at info@lexillama.com
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to Covid-19, all purchases made on Lexillama.com are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon arrival. If there are any issues, please email us at info@lexillama.com

What size should I order?
You can find the size chart for each product on the product page under the "size chart" link!
Will the garments shrink on wash?
All of our clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk so you can expect minimal shrinkage!
How should I care for my products?
We recommend machine washing on cold and hang dry or dry on low heat. This will not only keep your Lexi Llama products perfect, it reduces the environmental footprint for the llamas :)
